As an ING project manger, Lynn was responsible for maintaining the overall strategic vision & direction for the finance group as it related to technology projects.
- Former Comptroller/Assistant Vice President at State Street Bank & Street Company of Connecticut N.A. in Hartford. At State Street, Lynn was responsible for the creation of the Finance department for a newly formed Trust Company
- Former Assistant Treasurer/Manager of Bond and Sales Administration at Connecticut Bank & Trust in Hartford. During her employment at Connecticut Bank, Lynn also held the positions of Assistant Treasurer/Financial Control Officer, Cost Accountant/Financial Division, and Management Trainee/Financial Division
- 2009 – Appointed to Hebron Board of Finance
- Volunteer Work –Big Brothers/Big Sisters and Junior Achievement School based programs in Hartford; substitute teacher in the Hebron school system; served on the committee that analyzed the options for the elementary school expansion in Hebron
- Lynn’s experience in Project Management will allow her to use her strong problem-solving and teamwork skills to work with the other town boards towards balancing all the needs of the town with fiscal responsibility
