Gayle Mulligan has been a resident since 1996 when she and her husband, Jim, chose Hebron for its rural charm and its strong educational system. They are the proud parents of two children, one currently attending RHAM Middle School and a Senior at RHAM High School.
Gayle has been an active member of the community. She has been involved with the Hebron Soccer Association since 1996, having coached girl’s soccer from kindergarten through middle school, serving on the board in a number of capacities including Vice President, and now serves as Executive Director, coordinating all the programs for 600 youths in Hebron.
When her children started attending school, Gayle began volunteering at Hebron Center Nursery School and at Gilead Hill and Hebron Elementary Schools. During that time she was an active member of the GHS/HES PTA, serving as Co-President for two years and as an activities coordinator for a number of years. Gayle is still a member of the PTA and supports the educational systems at both Hebron and RHAM.
Gayle graduated from Simsbury High School in 1984, and then attended the University of Hartford on a full four year soccer scholarship. She graduated in 1988 with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing. After the birth of her first child, Gayle left her career in the investment industry to raise her children. Once they were in school full time, Gayle felt it was the right time to go back to work and become more active in the Hebron community.
